It is amazing the feeling of community at Ninth Avenue Estates.  Every fair weathered evening some of us residents get together on a front yard (keeping 6 feet apart) to enjoy a beverage and good conversation.  What a way to end the day!

We moved in to our home 3 weeks ago and it already feels like home!

I moved to Pottawatomi Gardens in April 2019 after realizing I wanted a better quality of life, instead of constantly mowing, blowing, repairing, and caring for 3 previous homes I had owned in the area.  A chronic medical diagnosis gave me that extra push and here I am, at age 72, coming and going as I please, while living in a sweet little spot with friendly neighbours and overlooking a ravine.  Think about it!

We just moved in and love the place.  I am so happy to have a garage so I don't have to clear off my car when it starts to snow.  The move was worriesome due to the current pandemic, but Sound Lifestyles was by our side to help the move go easier than expected.  Some boxes are still left to unpack but the worry of change is gone.  I wish we did this 5 years ago because now I can focus on me instead of cleaning the gutters!

My parents moved into Ninth Avenue Estates right at the beginning of the pandemic.  I am so pleased to know that I can sleep at night, knowing my mom and dad are safe and secure.

Our new home is designed so well and the Sound Lifestyles team is so helpful. We don't know how we could have made this move without the postive and knowledgable help from Katie and other Sound Lifestyles staff.

I moved to Ninth Avenue Estates during the pandemic and was worried about having to deal with people who may have the virus.  Sound Lifestyles was with me every step of the way.  If anyone else is thinking about downsizing, they should contact Sound Lifestyles. You won't believe how knowledgable and helpful Sound Lifestyles is!

I love my new home and say this to myself every day!  Pottawatomi Gardens is a great place to live, where I can enjoy waking up in the morning to the wonderful views of trees, birds, and animals.  The gardens are lovely and it is a place where we, as residents, have the opportuinity to contribute to them.  There are wonderful people residing here, who have lots of interests and hobbies.  For all of our issues and concerns, Katie [Sound Lifestyles' Vice President/property manager] takes great care of us. She also helped me in every aspect of transitioning to my new home.  I am so pleased to be part of this community!
